Host a Trunk
Decorate your vehicle, host a simple game, and help give children a fun and friendly Trunk-or-Treat experience.

Serve lunch, snacks, drinks, or treats. Food purchases are the only paid portion of Fall Fest.

Know before you go
Important day-of information
Review the participant map for parking, check-in, entrances, and activity locations. Final assignments will also be emailed to registered participants before Fall Fest.

Follow the directional signs to your assigned participant check-in area.
Arrival
- Setup crew: plan for an early-morning arrival.
- Vendors and trunks: plan to be ready by 10:45 AM.
- Welcome and game crews: arrive before your assigned shift.
- Cleanup crew: begins as the event closes.
Bring with you
- Weather-appropriate clothing and water
- Your confirmation and team assignment
- Any role-specific supplies listed in your email
- A ready-to-welcome attitude
Vendor setup
- Bring your own tent, weights, table, and chairs.
- Electricity is not guaranteed.
- Keep walkways and emergency lanes clear.
- Do not tear down before 2:00 PM.
Food truck setup
- Bring all operating supplies, water, and power.
- Keep permits and insurance available.
- Generators must be disclosed in advance.
- Food trucks handle their own sales and applicable requirements.
Event expectations
- All displays and activities must be family-friendly.
- No alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or weapons.
- Please follow team-leader and safety instructions.
- Weather updates will be sent to registered participants.

Quick answers
Is Fall Fest free?
Yes. Admission, Trunk-or-Treat, games, and activities are free. Guests may purchase food directly from the food trucks.
Can youth volunteer?
Youth are welcome to serve alongside approved adults. Youth should not be assigned to supervise children independently.
Are vendor spaces automatically approved?
No. Applications are reviewed for space, safety, and fit with a family-friendly church event. You will receive confirmation before making final plans.
Will electricity be available?
Electricity is not guaranteed. Vendors and food trucks should list all power needs when applying and wait for written approval.
Where is the event map?
Use the “View Participant Map” button in the Important Day-of Information section. Final assignments will also be emailed to registered participants before Fall Fest.
What happens if the weather changes?
Registered participants will receive updates through the email address or phone number used during sign-up.
